I ordered the LOOKFANSTASTIC beauty chest 2022 at the 12th of October. I then received several order updates that the delivery was delayed and finally at the 1st of December I was informed that the item was restocked and would be send out in 2-3 days. Which never happened. Contacting the customer service is like pulling teeth. It is not possible to reply to their mindless email-blurbs (my favorite quote is : "Please be advised that the LOOKFANTASTIC Beauty Chest 2022." Full stop. ) unless you go over their website. Not that the customer service actually reads previous correspondence. After 2 month of waiting and nobody being able to tell me when my purchased item will be available, I decided to cancel the order at the 8th of December, which also hasn't happened yet. Atrocious.
Terrible! Ordered my item for a birthday present in November- still waiting for it to arrive!!! Only had order updated saying it was dispatched this week. Bought the Mac advent calendar- at the time I was a bit dubious as the extra gift that you were to get was no longer available due to high volume of orders- even though you could actually still buy the gift so that didn’t make sense just that they didn’t want to offer it anymore!!Hopefully will hear more about my order!Order number: 452734348Update:Recent email has said that my order is out of the timescale and that the calendar is out of stock- absolutely ridiculous!! Definite avoid this company at all costs!!!
I ordered several items from the .ie site. I was worried about additional charges when I realised that the items were going to be sent from the UK. Recent reviews on Trustpilot were also very poor. However, the goods arrived promptly to Cork in Ireland and there were no charges. The items were well wrapped and in their original boxes.
I haven't received my order after I got an email that it was delivered. Contacted customer service but they have been anything but helpful. Please note, there's no tracking number and no contact details for the courier. I start thinking that it is a scam. Order was over a 100euros.
