I received Look Fantastic vouchers to the value of 50€ from my son.I have tried numerous times to spend these vouchers but the system rejected them.I have sent 21 emails to the accounts dept regarding this and they constantly fob me off saying I will get an answer within 48 hours..they offered to credit my account with the 50€ and I am still awaiting the credit.I am in business all my life and I have never seen such shoddy practice…and I have followed procedures as instructed by their complaints .I would not recommend this company to anybody.Margaret WalshFurther to your reply .my name is Margaret Walsh and I regularly buy fromYour company .I only see numbers of orders and no account number.if you contact complaints dept regarding using vouchers .you will find my 22 emails pertaining to same…Margaret
Order number 507913938.I have place two orders, one after the other and received one via standard delivery. Order was places on 5th August. My order has been stuck with the delivery company ever since, no progress(which usually means they have lost it). I have reached out to LF so many times, and each time I get an automated email to wait a few more days - to which I cannot even respond! This is ridiculous, I only wish I have used PayPal so I can get a refund at least, as LF doesn't seem to care to resolve the issue!EDIT: Spoke with Jess today, hopefully this will be resolved.
I never received my parcel. I have contacted the company several times. It attached a uk postcode to my address somehow and I’m in Ireland. I didn’t receive anything and says it was delivered last Wednesday. I have cctv and no parcel came. I have filled in a non receipt of goods form a week ago and still no refund or explanation??
While I was happy with your products snd service I was unaware that a company called Complete Savings is alligned with your company.When you offered me money back,which I didnt actually use,my details were passed to this company. They have taken €135 from my bank account over 9 months,15 a month.Your reply was sorry for any inconvenience caused.Be very careful using this site and what box you tick.Incomprehensible why a large company as yourselves would open a door for these people.Be Aware!
I came across Lookfantastic through an Instagram advert and clicked on the link. I did not regret it. I loved my experience.It was my first time using the site and I definitely do not think it will be my last. It was so easy to use. Love the free delivery service as well.
