Moreover, whenever I faced an issue (which hasn't been often), I received an instant response and a level of assistance that exceeded my expectations. It made me feel well cared for.
I've bought a few eyeshadow colors from this brand, and they are easy to apply, versatile, and I love the shades. I haven't encountered any shipping issues so far, unlike others. My only concerns are the high shipping cost, which at £5.95 feels excessive, especially for a single small item, and I find the product dries out fairly quickly. Given the price of £28 for just 7ml, it seems overpriced considering the production cost. So, while the product is good, it feels too expensive for what it is.

I’m fortunate to own nearly the complete range of products from this brand, and I must say they are all outstanding. The lipsticks are long-lasting with a beautiful array of shades. The cream blushes are highly pigmented and wear exceptionally well, but my absolute favorites are the mixed media liquid eyeshadows. Whether matte or metallic, they are all amazing.
