If I could give a ZERO start I would, but the site does not accept that.I never got my order. It was already proved that a mistaken was made with my delivery. I got an email from Look Fantastic that they lost my parcel.It’s been more than a month, trying to get the product or my money back, and nobody give me any reasonable explanation why is this happening. It’s is just outrageous the way how LookFantastic treats their customer.
I bought a face cream in December last year and the ‘’use by’’ date was 1.01.2022 so I only had a few days of using it. I send an email to customer service and they said they will send me another one. The one that they send was the same, with the same use by date…I contacted again customer service and they said to return it, I tried to return it but the ques on the post office in December are too long to have time to stay there because I work as well. So in the end I paid for something that I can’t use and you didn’t do anything to help me.
