I just purchased 50 x AAAAA/NearMint 2022 ProV1’s on Monday, they arrived Wednesday. Fast delivery, incredible quality product at a more than reasonable price. Can’t thank the team at Lost Golf Balls, I’ll be back but hopefully not too soon. Highly recommend, the rating here doesn’t reflect the level of service that I received.

From the reviews, it appears this service has significantly declined. In short, if you're located in New Zealand, it's not worth your time. Despite their promise of same-day dispatch, my order remained unprocessed for a week. I had to buy balls from a local shop while waiting, and now, 11 days later, I'm still without my order. If you can't serve New Zealand, stop claiming that you can.
Extremely disappointing! I purchased weeks ago, and have received three emails about difficulties locating my address. Their printing department is supposedly working on it—good luck with that! If you don’t know where New Zealand is, don’t advertise here!
My golf balls were delivered to the wrong address, and it takes them a week or two to respond to emails. They promised to re-ship or refund, but weeks went by with no further communication. This has been ongoing for over two months now. Extremely frustrating customer service.
I bought balls from this service and they exceeded my expectations. I might never buy new ones again. The only issue was with delivery, which was mishandled by the postal service, sending my balls to the wrong location. Nonetheless, the company refunded my shipping costs, even though it wasn't their fault. This does not reflect poorly on them; they were great to deal with.
