DO NOT USE *** I currently have 9 withdrawals pending. Live chat poor, no help at all. Email support slow, 2 days to say to me WDs are usually quick but can take up to 72hours didn’t offer to chase up as I asked or answer another question….its now been a week. No phone support of course. I will give them 10 days then use IBAS and contact UK gaming regards their licence. They are UK licenced but behave more like a Curacao licenced casino.
Very bad company I don't recommend to anybody because I verified myself first time was fine after I win some money they tried to verify my identity 2-3 times and keep asking me for proof and proof is very frustrating never happened to me before please read this review before you try to sign up with this company to play stay away please!!!
