Terrible Quality & No Refund !! Avoid This CompanyI had an extremely disappointing experience with Lotili. The jumper I received was very poor quality, with no label, cheap material, and completely incorrect sizing. It was nothing like what was advertised.When I contacted the company, the only option was to return the item to China at my own expense. The shipping costs were horrendous, and there was no compensation or support offered. Despite tracking showing the item was delivered back to them, I never received a refund. I am now left without the jumper, without my money, and having paid a significant amount just to return it.The company was unresponsive to my emails and offered no assistance at any stage. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Lotili not to do it. It’s simply not worth the risk.
