I had a very disappointing experience with the service. The jumper I received was of extremely low quality, lacking any label, made of cheap material, and the sizing was completely wrong. It did not match the advertisement at all. When I reached out to the company, the only option presented was to return the item to a distant location at my own cost. The shipping fees were outrageous, and I received no compensation or support. Even though tracking indicated the item was delivered back to them, I never got my refund. Now, I'm left without the jumper, without my money, and having spent a considerable amount just to send it back. The support team was unresponsive to my emails and provided no help at any point. I strongly recommend against making a purchase from this service; it’s simply not worth the trouble.
