Very disappointing experience with deposits

I have made three different deposits on various dates, but the amounts were never credited to my account. A total of Rs 30,500 is currently unaccounted for (19000 + 5500 + 6000). I have opened multiple cases and continuously sent follow-up emails, but the customer support has been extremely lacking and unresponsive.
This has led me to believe that they are not trustworthy; I advise against depositing any money on their platform.
