Completely unacceptable experience. I cannot rely on them or their offerings. For more than a month, I have attempted to reach out, but there has been no response. They serve as the sole administrators for a community group but are completely unresponsive. It’s clear that their lack of concern for group members reflects their overall approach.

The sandals came apart on day three. Luckily, I have some leatherworking skills, so I managed to repair the one that broke, and then did the same for the other. They only lasted about eight more months before they fell apart again. I should have just made my own.
The website doesn't indicate that the products ship from overseas. It took over six weeks to receive my partial shipment, and I canceled the rest. I appreciated the quick refund for the cancellation. The items I received were similar to what I expected but definitely varied in details. The quality of the sewing was good, and it's clear they are handmade. I hope the return process isn't difficult. I gave three stars for the effort and quality, as I appreciate unique clothing at a fair price. UPDATE: Returns aren't possible because items go back to China. They offered a 15% refund or new items in a different size for an extra shipping fee. I opted for the new items, which cost me $45 each. We'll see how they fit.
