A series of disappointments.

A series of disappointments. Our loveseat and sofa finally arrived on 22/12/2025. Unfortunately, the delivery team caused scuffs and damage to our walls during the process. We refrained from using the sofa until Christmas Day. However, when my pregnant wife (who is petite) shifted slightly on the sofa, it collapsed underneath her. Upon inspection, we found the frame was broken, and one leg was improperly attached, spinning in its socket. We have shared a video and images with the company. There’s no way we could have inflicted such damage within just three days by merely sitting on it twice. Given the numerous issues we've faced with this service, including significant order delays, multiple shipments for a single order, and a lost item delivered seven weeks late, it is incredibly disappointing and frankly unacceptable that they cannot provide their products in a usable condition. We will be returning the defective sofa along with the matching loveseat and footstool.

The items are stunning, blending modern and classic styles with a unique flair. However, what truly stood out in this experience has been the customer service. They responded quickly to emails and provided a payment receipt when I missed the confirmation email. Most impressively, their chat support allowed me to speak with a real person instead of a bot, which is quite rare these days. I received assistance from a representative who was incredibly kind, polite, and patient. They addressed my issue immediately, answered all my questions in detail, and patiently waited while I gathered information. They went above and beyond to offer support I didn’t even realize I needed. I can confidently say this has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered.

The 100-day return policy is misleading

The 100-day return policy is misleading. I purchased with the understanding that returning would be straightforward. Initially, it took weeks to schedule a pickup. When the team arrived, they were rude and refused to collect it, citing health & safety regulations, even though it was delivered without issue. I was told to reach out to the company, and when I did, they said another service would contact me, but I never heard back. All my emails have been ignored, and my phone number seems to be blocked, as my calls are disconnected. Do NOT buy from this company if you anticipate needing to return items, as they will make the process as difficult as possible.

Review update

This is an update to my previous review. The first storage unit I received was defective, and I thought a simple fix would suffice. However, further issues arose, and I was left waiting for additional parts. My previous review prompted a quick response from the company. A replacement unit was ordered, the faulty one was taken away, and the new one is significantly better. Thank you for addressing the issue promptly.

Questionable pricing

I plan to purchase two chairs at £699 each, but the shopping cart shows a previous price of £1109, which is odd since £699 is claimed to be a discount from £879 per chair. This raises suspicions about the so-called Black Friday pricing. I pointed this out to the company, but the chat support only confirmed my doubts, stating that I could see a nice reduction for my purchase. I'm hesitant to proceed with this purchase.

Fantastic deal on the refurbished items

Fantastic deal on the refurbished items. Delivery was top-notch. I reside in Northern Ireland, and although the delivery took a bit longer, the team set up my chest of drawers and removed the packaging. I absolutely adore my new furniture.
