The team at Louise Carmen is the best! I had a rendezvous call to create my second notebook with them. Both experiences I had at the shop in Paris and at virtually were great. If you’re thinking of getting a Louise Carmen notebook - do it! You won’t regret it.
I love your products. Your website, however, is very difficult to use. If I start an order but then leave the page for another on the LC site or on another site, the order is lost and I have to start all over. Also when I order more than one item, the price changes but the number of items is not shown.
To start off, I was in Paris ready to get my notebook from the store until I realized I had to wait for an hour to get it because of the personalizations but I had to leave for the airport 😭 my cousin, who was with me, saw how distraught I was & got me a gift card on the spot. When I got back home I did it online & it was so enjoyable! I was so happy to receive it in the mail too, I take it with me everywhere! So I got to have 2 experiences with LC, one at the store & another online & they both were lovely & helpful.
Good customer service and fast response times. They helped me combine orders super easily and were very nice. The product is very good quality. I only wish that the journals came with a small bottle of conditioner for the patina to get you started considering the price point.
