Overall shopping experience was good. In particular, I wad impressed how quickly it i corporated my request for engraving change. But it took one star iut because the delivery experience was horrible with a delay by two days. When I challenged UPS for this, they put a blame on Louise Carmen for issuing an invoice earlier than the actual drop-in date. Whatever went in between UPS and Louise Carmen, the bottom line for me is that I received my package two days later than the estimated delivery date. I paid a hefty price for shipping and I don’t think this delivery service is worth what I paid for.
