I ordered my Louise Carmen via a video appointment and it was a truly wonderful experience. If you can't get the the store in person I really recommend a video call. The process is slick and my call lasted about 45 minutes. Every detail was discussed including choosing my leather for my journal at the end. I was so excited to receive my journal I literally tracked it from Paris to the UK. The product is beautiful, I am thrilled with it. Thank you Louise Carmen!
My journal is perfect! I love everything about it, exactly as I imagined it. I just retired after working for 43 years. So excited to start the next chapter in my life which includes much traveling.
