Extremely Disappointed with My Order

I received my order a month after placing it, believing I was buying 2 ceramic figurines of my husband on his motorcycle, as advertised. Instead, I received 2 cheap, low-quality acrylic plaques that are completely unsatisfactory. Avoid this company; they mislead customers to make sales and, being located overseas, they can easily ignore consumer frustrations. Trust is hard to find with companies these days, and this experience has been nothing short of terrible.

Complete waste of money

I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a personalized motorcycle featuring my son's picture, but received just a piece of plexiglass with his face. I paid $70 Canadian for this! There's no way to return it.
