Avoid this company at all cost!!! Apologies in advance for the length of the review. We got a valuation from this company back in October/November 2020 and they sent two inexperienced agents who clearly were on training, as they came across very amateurish, although were very pleasant. They provided an initial valuation at around £220-229k, which was lower than two others we received, however, quickly reduced this down even further saying it would be around £209k. They then down valued the property even further to £205k when we decided to sell through David Wilson Homes when DWH asked for their valuation. They acted very unprofessionally and were trying to just make the quickest sale!! We ended up advertising through Connells and Skitts and received a total of 9 offers; 8 of which were either the asking price or more. We ended up selling our house for £242k in the end and even got another £2.5k for our curtains/blinds and light fittings. We would have lost out nearly £40k had we have gone with this company!! Our house was in immaculate condition, as it was only 5 years old and still had another 5 years on the NHBC warranty for new build properties, and it was one of the cheapest around for the property type, which was a 3 bedroom house detached with separate garage and 2/3 car drive. We could have easily got more for our property, however, were keen to sell, as we would have lost our reservation for our next property. They try to pressure you to sell at the lower price so they can make a quick sale and get their extortionate fees, which they were asking for significantly higher than what Connells and Skitts agreed. Awful experience and would advise those wanting to use their services to think twice.
I've never known a smoother process than putting my home on sale with Love your postcode. Chloe Baker who was handling the sale was so efficient and got the ball rolling very quickly. I was kept upto date at every stage and didn't need to follow up with anything as she was always one step ahead. I'd 100% recommend selling with Chloe at Love your postcode, I cant praise her speed, transparency and efficiency enough.
I was assisted by Ranj to recently rent a property. The Lettings process was reasonably straightforward and Ranj was helpful and responsive to any queries I had and always in a very timely manner. The company answer their phone and staff are contactable which is becoming rare!
As a landlord you need to rent your properly quickly as time is money these guys have got the house on the rented once with 2 weeks and second time round within a month. Easy to deal with and professional. Clear communication and great team. Cheers guys. Look forward to working with you.
We were met at the property by a young gentleman called Jack. He was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions in a professional manner whilst giving us the space and freedom to walk around the property.Our application was dealt with by Ranj. Ranj has been extremely helpful during the application process, listening to everything we had to say, answered any questions we had in a timely and professional manner. Ranj was always more than happy to answer the phone if we thought of any last minute questions. She has been amazing at keeping us updated through the application process, speaking either on the phone or via email a couple of times a day. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ranj, she has been completely understanding of our situation ensuring things go through smoothly and quickly for us. I would recommend using LYP to anyone looking to move house, as well as recommending Jack and Ranj’s services. Thank you guys

Excellent service From the start of the process right through to the end, Harry has been absolutely outstanding. He's always available to provide any clarification and nothing is ever too much to ask. He returns missed calls promptly and I never have to chase him. He always sounds pleasant on the phone and generally has a positive attitude. Although we had experienced some delays with the buyers solicitors, Harry was always acting on our behalf as the middle man and providing regular updates. We finally moved house yesterday and with the support of Harry and his team, we are in our new home. I am very happy with the service we received from Harry and would definitely recommend LYP to my friends and family 😀
