I found a beautiful property online and they were so quick to get back to me and arrange a viewing. Bethany did an amazing job at showing me around the property and answering my questions, Lauren invited me in and kindly went through all the paper work with me and Ranj kept in constant communication with me and also was so quick to answer my questions and explain things to me. Everyone was so pleasant and patient with me, especially Ranj. It was such a smooth, quick and pleasant experience, literally not a bad word to say about anyone!
Agents have been great, providing excellent service and most importantly, effectively communicating with me through the whole process of finding a new tenant and resolving my queries within a timely manner. Since the initial contact with Ranj and her team, I can see they really care and understand the importance of working together (tenant, agents and landlord).
