Can't get ahold of anyone. Have to file complaints with the state to get anything done. They're illegal using gps in the state of minnesota which is easy to find on the handheld. Device will not register tests samples at random times and it will take 5 minutes to get one to work. If any of these issues are reported the company will end its service with you.
This is a very stressful time and no one wants to be in a position to be getting an interlock. At least the process of setting up the appointment for installation was made easy by Patricia who helped me over the phone. I feel better knowing I’m one step closer to getting my license back. Patricia went over and beyond to help me coordinate with the installation shop.
This company took my money and never sent me the information where to go for installing it told him was out of town all week schedule on the wrong day. Blame me lie to me was rude on the phone hung up on me. Call back rude again took my money.
