Review Time
So this company has been nothing short of a complete sham.. First the install process was horrendous as the day it was scheduled the installer didn't have the equipment causing loss of time from work. Finding a ride to and from work because of this as well was a hassle(my fault but expected to have this installed).. Then multiple issues with the hand held.. My car sat at my work when the equipment decided to stop working with the windows down in the winter because it locked my steering lock module. My car didn't even have access to aux mode to roll my windows up for over a month it sat. I called multiple times a day sat on hold even requested call backs to not receive anything for weeks on end. Sent emails, went online and filled out emergency requests and still to no response, took over a month to get a response. Yet they took payments when the car was not working.. Had to cover the tow cost to get my car to the closest shop over 20 miles and was suppose to be reimbursed and still that never happened and that was 7 months ago! Only for the new equipment to do the same thing.. Finally I was able to have the equipment removed at the end of May 2024 only for them to not send my compliance letter to PennDot over a month later while still taking payments and calibrations cost taken out (meanwhile I have already paid them the removal fees as well). It took me another 5 days to get answers the lady I talked to was rude and hung up on me after stating they forgot to send my compliance order and marked it urgent and hung up... I called back and sat on hold for 3 hrs after that to find out that she did in fact not send it and the next rep actually said she was going to.. You can't get a hold of this company they claim they are 24/7 365 but don't ever be in an emergency because you will be waiting for weeks. Stay clear of this JOKE of a business. Use a different company. Trust me you get what you pay for. Actually you don't even get what you pay for all you get is a headache. This company is the temu of an interlock business.
I just had my installation on 6/26. I thought I had 30 days before I went back in… I’m in Minnesota and it’s saying I need to take it in in 2 days! I spent an hour on the phone Tuesday and could never speak to the right person and was transferred 8 times! I sent a message from the website with no reply as of yet… I’m horrified! How can I get help? I need to find a place in Plymouth or Minneapolis Minnesota to take it in Friday afternoon!!!!
It will be helpful if both parties of the interlock communicated neither Low cost or The specialist installation have no communication with each other or the client and they will not call you to let you know what’s going on. I had an appointment Friday at 10 o’clock and neither parties contact me to let know there was delays I will not recommend neither one of them I didn’t feel like calling to get a refund to go somewhere else. My time was already wasted by them.
