Sure serve, talked me through how to do the repair myself. It was easy to follow, great guidance and good to know for any future problems. It saved a further wait for a call out, so great for resourcefulness!!!
I’d like to sincerely thank Heather and Mariann from the developer team for their outstanding support throughout my buying process. From start to finish, they truly looked after me and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way.
Their communication was excellent — always clear, timely, and reassuring — and they did a great job coordinating with all parties involved to keep everything running smoothly. It made a potentially stressful process feel well-managed and straightforward.
I genuinely appreciate their dedication and professionalism and would highly recommend working with them. They were a pleasure to deal with. Super Excellent and Professional!! -Srisuna
I was initially told that I’d have to wait until 12th March for a plumber to come out despite me mentioning that it’s been an ongoing issue, I hade to call back several times Drain aid were meant to come out in 24hrs which they didn’t despite me calling them in 3 occasions, I called out of hours and was sent a plumber at midnight who couldn’t do anything, the following day I called again and finally Drain aid came. 3 days without a working sink and a washing machine with backed up water causing smells within the flat. I keep on top of using sink unblockers to keep the pipes clear since I moved in as I had blockage issues in the first week.
The work was satisfactory and was pleased with the outcome.
It’s the overall L&q h/an experience. They refuse to do repairs which they are entitled to do? Iam a disabled lady of 69yrs I have quite a few repairs what need doing but get refused by L&q? They keep on increasing our rents but refuse to do the repairs.yet they can afford to build more properties ( it’s obvious how) I don’t know anyone with a good word to say about L&q
No one is taking accountability and liability for the foundation of the property. It is not my fault that the foundation is wrong from the start. If the gas board is the problem why am I having constant heat problems that I keep complaining to the housing association and they’re stating it’s not their problem the front of the fence in public site was done by public damage by a car or a vehicle that went into the fence that is not my job to fix
If you have incompetent people who pass drivers that driver drivers who do not know how to drive
I was failed on one thing and I was not given a driving license and you are stating I’m wrong
I am aware of my senses. I have a heart clearly some people do not and everyone I know is suffering. No one wants to help anyone so when I speak the truth you can’t handle it.
If I can deal with 300 emails a day, do you think I have no sense?
LQ is a great brand I Just think some of the contractors they use, let them down as an organisation.
They've just Refurbishment my kitchen very poor standard.
(CONTRACTORS! SITE MANAGEMENT LET LQ GROUP DOWN)

On 6th December 2025, I had my windows installed by United Infrastructure, and I couldn’t be
happier with both the experience and the outcome. The whole process was very well organised,
with everything coordinated by Lisa, which made a real difference from the very start.
Before the installation, the house always felt colder than it should have, even with the heating on,
so I was hopeful the new windows would help. The installation work itself was carried out by Lee
and Michael, who were professional, friendly, and extremely respectful throughout the entire
process.
From the beginning, they took the time to explain how the work would be approached, including
which windows needed to be done first, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every
stage. They were very accommodating and flexible, which made the whole experience feel calm,
well organised, and far less disruptive than expected. From coordination through to completion, the
whole team worked seamlessly together.
They explained that the new windows would make a difference to the warmth of my home, but the
impact has gone far beyond that. The house feels instantly warmer, and that warmth has genuinely
improved my day-to-day environment. It has created a more comfortable, settled feeling in my
home, and it’s made me feel genuinely happier and more at ease in my own space — something I
didn’t realise I was missing until now.
The quality of the workmanship is excellent. Lee and Michael worked efficiently and left the space
spotlessly clean once the work was completed. They also took the time to clearly explain aftercare
and answered any questions I had with patience and clarity. Throughout the work, they were safe,
considerate, and very respectful of my home.
It’s refreshing to have a company where both the organisation and the on-site work are handled
with such care. I would not hesitate to use United Infrastructure again and would happily
recommend them to anyone considering new windows. It’s rare to come away from this kind of work
feeling not only satisfied, but genuinely grateful — and that’s exactly how I feel
The recent kitchen renovations have been completed to an exceptionally high standard. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome of this significant project. The improved functionality and aesthetic appeal of the space are remarkable. This has truly enhanced my daily living experience. I am incredibly satisfied with the overall results of the new kitchen works.
Disgraceful tactics from L&Q. They are currently using third-party contractors to threaten me with being in 'breach of tenancy' simply because I’ve questioned their demand for a valuation survey. This isn't for an emergency repair or a safety check; it’s a corporate exercise to inflate their stock value for further borrowing, yet they are using legal intimidation against their own tenants to get it done. Their customer service is non-existent, and their priority is clearly building more 'card board blocks' rather than respecting the rights and peace of their current residents
L&Q’s approach is dehumanizing. They demand over half an hour to 'survey' the apartment, making me feel like a guinea pig in my own home. It’s clear they are just gathering data to build more blocks and attract new tenants, likely while neglecting the ones they already have. They don't treat us like residents with a right to privacy; they treat us like assets to be audited and intimidated with 'breach of tenancy' threats if we don't play along with their corporate expansion plans
"The communication is entirely one-sided. I respond to their demands immediately, yet they take days to reply to simple requests for clarification or confirmation. They expect instant access to my home under threat of 'breach of tenancy,' but they can't even offer the basic professional courtesy of a timely email response. It’s a clear attempt to intimidate and waste my time."
We feel the operatives did the best job they could, and cleared up reasonably well.
The end result looks good and feels safer, warmer and more attractive than the old rotted single glazed windows.
What we were disappointed by was
1) the 6 year wait to have done what felt to us like important and safeguarding work.
2) the repeated and inconvenient changes in schedule at short notice, which took no account of the compromises and stress this puts on working tenants
