I booked my car in to have its tyre replacement done. I did this online; however, when I got there, I'd put the wrong size in. They accommodated me greatly; they had the size I needed, and it was only £5 more than what I'd arranged online. I also developed a slight shake in my steering wheel. I mentioned this on arrival. The garage and staff were very helpful and quick in diagnosing the potential cause of this. Everything they did, they checked in with me, advising me of the cost before doing anything. I obviously had everything done that needed doing. I was expecting a much larger bill. I was so surprised how reasonable this was. I left today a very happy customer. I will definitely be returning here for any future work I may need doing. 100% would recommend LTC Tyres. Thank you to the wonderful and friendly staff that helped me today.
Cant fault them, i even unknowingly ordered my 2x tyres to come into the wrong branch, they said no problem, give us a bit longer and we'll get the tyres from Stourbridge to Brierley Hill for you - after a bit of a stay in the waiting room (proving how popular they are) they sorted my 2x front tyres quickly and efficiently - top marks all round
I called out LTC Tyres and Exhaust to replace two tyres on my van as one had a slow puncture.Tom & Wez came out and sorted both tyres. Both were professional and gave great customer service.Despite the rain they both carried on with a smile. Thank you both great job and I really appreciate your time and expertise.Jim
Excellent service and professional staff that know their products and excellent fitters. It can be very busy so I recommend going first thing or towards the end of the day. This garage doesn’t offer appointment slots, it’s turn up and wait. Very competitive pricing and quality products.
