We had an exceptional amount of moss on our roof to be cleaned off! Mel and Steven did a really good job containing the mess. They were polite, friendly and respectful of our property in difficult circumstances. The final finish has been positively commented upon by neighbours before the guys had even left!
From start to finish the team that have washed/repaired and painted have been 1st rate. They wete polite and helpful with answers to any questions they were also very hard working getting the job done not stopping every two seconds for one reason or another.
Overall the work was carried out to a very high standard. The work teams were skilled and diligent and each member was friendly and polite. The render to the walls had been in need of extensive repair so that team had much to do. There were a couple of issues but all were resolved. I am delighted with the finished result and happy to have watertight walls. My neighbour opposite phoned to congratulate me on the appearance of my house!
Our house has truly been "transformed" by LTI. The outside walls and window facia now look brand new after being in the Scottish weather for over 30 years. All the workers of LTI have been friendly and helpful but the guys (Peter and Ryan) who completed the final 2 days work were absolutely brilliant. LTI did a great job on repairs to my roof after storm damage, replacing tiles and coating them afterwards in my chosen colour. They renewed all sofits and guttering too.
