From the first contact until the work was completed all the staff kept us informed about the state of our roof transformation.After the initial contact and the surveyors visit there was only a short wait for work to commence. Paul and his colleagues worked extremely hard cleaning the roof and on the next suitable dry day came back to apply the treatment. Once more they made sure everything was cleared up before they left.We are extremely pleased with the appearance of our good as new roof.
We recently decided to have the exterior of our house re-rendered and refurbished with a forestH new Autumn Cloud light Grey paint, paired with a Gun Grey brick finish. We are delighted with the results, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The team at LTi were outstanding, providing excellent communication from the start of the project coupled with excellent onsite professionalism throughout the process. From the offset a professional company, work carried out earlier than expected, fortunately the February weather worked in for the job, roughcaster had a bit more than initially thought but did a first class job, Peter and Ryan who had cleaned the walls came back and did a superb job coating the walls, both very polite and took pride in there job.
