From the very first visit to the end job, LTI were excellent. The quote was very reasonable and the guys carried the work out to a fantastic standard. Having been in the building trade my whole career I was always going to scrutinise, however LTI exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much.
I have just had one of Lti Transformations representatives visit my property in Fauldhouse marketing their services. There is a clear signage advising of no cold calling at my door which they choose to ignore.On pointing this out to them they then begin to argue that it is not a cold calling.Not a great look, nor would it encourage me to trust or want to use their services.
I’m happy with the work Lti Transformations did for me, fixing the house walls and coating them for me. They were good at keeping me informed, and I’m pleased with the finished result. Peter and Mel did a great job and cleaned and tidied up very well when they had finished.
Ryan, Neil and Aidan did a magnificent job of the exterior of our house. It is now protected against the elements and looks like a new house.The men were courteous, punctual and reliable. They were respectful of all fixtures and fittings and went the extra mile in reinstating our clematis on the front of the house.
I have recently had coating work done on my house by workers from the Lti company. They have done an excellent job & I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone wishing similar transformational work on their homes. Peter & his team, Mel, Anton & Jay, did the power washing, biocide treatment, painting & the final clear coating. They all worked extremely hard. They were always polite, cheerful & professional & it was actually a pleasure to have them around. They kept me informed of exactly what they were doing all the time & the finished result is excellent. They tidied everything up in the garden when they had finished too. I’d also like to mention James & his team, David & Bradley, who did the roughcasting. They too did an excellent job. It was even described as such by another professional builder working nearby. This team too were exemplary in their dealings with me, just like Pete’s team. I now have no worries about water ingress & if by any chance there is any problem in the future, Lti’s 15 year guarantee ensures that it will be fixed free of charge. Dealing with the Lti company has been such a positive experience for me in every way - right from the initial survey by Carole, who explained very clearly what the job entailed to Kurtis in their admin department, who kept in touch regularly to keep me up to date with information about when things would be happening & George, who very quickly solved a minor misunderstanding about the timing of one of the team’s schedule. Whole experience was first class from start to finish. It was great to be able to speak `face to face`, rather than online / phone calls, and initial contact with Dawn, Mikelle & Lauren was friendly, informative and professional. Paul and Jack worked tirelessly, in difficult conditions, completing the work on site to a high standard with minimal disruption. They are a credit to the company !! Kurtis also kept us updated in terms of timelines throughout. All in all, a fantastic experience and even better outcome !! Thanks to all involved.
