Delighted with the work LTI did to transform both the walls and roof of our house. The guys who did the job were really helpful and pleasant and arrived when they said they would. The service from the office team both before, during and after the works was of an equally high quality. Getting both our walls and roof done was not cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for.
Delighted with the work done on my roof and walls. Not only does my property look better but it's protected against the elements. The staff at Lti kept me informed regularly throughout the whole process. The workers were very polite, working quickly without any inconvenience to me. They also cleaned everything really well when finished.
An extremely professional job. Carried out by a team of two very hard working men who were polite, considerate and very tidy. As was promised the finished roof looks brand new and has already drawn positive comments from passersby. The office staff kept us informed throughout, from the signing of the contract to the completion of the renovation. An extremely pleasant experience and a wonderful company to do business with.
Peter and his young assistant came on Monday 26th August. Right away the were very professional. They explained what they were doing all the time. They experienced some small problems, they stopped until after 8pm to finish the work. Unfortunately there was a few things to be completed they came back and finished . The house looks great.
Sales process was not pushy and we were impressed with the product which is why we chose this company. The work was delayed, however this was mainly due to the weather. The team who carried out the work were friendly and helpful, keeping me up to date with what they were doing. We are happy with the end result and it makes such a difference to how the house looks.
