Review Time
I have a very high and wide window that I had previously purchased off-the-shelf curtains that barely covered my 132” long X 112 wide window. My new custom curtains arrived from Freshinlife, the curtains are heavy (I ordered the insulation, because I live in the Phoenix, AZ area) and absolutely gorgeous!! There was an issue at first, but customer service was wonderful, they were prompt to reply and we worked together and the issue was resolved to perfection. The price was great for the excellent service and quality of my custom curtains. I would recommend Freshinelife to anyone. They really stand behind their product. A 10 out of 10 rating from me.
I give 5 star to freshinelife, because the whole process was super easy, from accessing to customer service to place the order and receiving the product. I love the fabrics, their color and texture. They look very expensive with a reasonable price. The only problem we had was the measurement, even though we followed the instructions given by customer service and the website, still they didn’t come out correct. Luckily our installer was able to make it work. If the measurement was correct, I would give 10 star!
You are dealing directly with a factory in China. They will offer discounts but never actually provide them. They will charge you the full amount and force through the order. They then provide their original higher invoice to your credit card company if you dispute the charge and they fight any discounting. I am on week 6 of disputing $100 incentive and a 20% discount offered, neither of which ever appeared on the website checkout. They state that the discount will be applied at the conclusion of the transaction. It never does.
