Horrible casino...have deposited thousands of dollars ...the one time I go to cash out they want MORE verification of a deposit from 6 months prior using my infinity the 1 n only time I did...and no emails to confirm this transaction of coarse...play party city much better casino
I would give it zero stars if I could!I use multiple platforms and this one is by far the worst online casino I have used in regards to withdrawals.You can easily deposit money however withdrawing money is nearly impossible. They have canceled my withdrawal to request info before paying out. Some of it is reasonable however some of it is not. I have sent them multiple verification documents and then they have asked for more. Asking for a Pic of a card I used for a historical purchase that I am no longer in possession of because it was lost. And they continue to ask for it although I have been using and making deposits from a different account. Don't waste your money here. I don't expect to win but there is a basic expectation that if I can deposit without issue I should be able to withdraw without issues.
This is the second time I’m filing a complaint about this site. For months I’ve been playing and withdrawing without issues. This time around, I’ve deposited $150 and withdrew $3000. (Without bonus) a few hours later I get an email stating my withdrawal was cancelled due to: Your cash-out request of 3000.0 CAD was canceled.We have to remind you that all deposits without bonuses (or if a bonus was canceled) should be played at least x3 times before withdrawal.What does this even mean? This is a reminder of some sort AND says should. Support was a waste of time. This site is a complete scam. They will find any excuse to cancel your withdrawal. They are quick to cancel withdrawals but takes 4 days to approve them. Stay away from this site

They require too much for verification. They won't accept the newer credit cards with the card number on the back of the cards for verification. They won't close your account either when you request it. Don't play here. They are quick to take your money! But don't want to pay.
Terrible casino, my withdrawal has been pending for over 3 days despite their own terms stating a maximum timeframe of 72 hours.Support is awful and does nothing but copy paste the same messages and tells you to wait. I am so ticked off, I had multiple plans on Friday that I needed my money for and I had to cancel everything. It is now Sunday evening and still no money. I requested cash-out Thursday morning. If I could give it them a zero I would, play at BitStarz or StayCasino where you get paid in under an hour regardless of the method.
