They are a scam they not go pay you if u win.they claim it's quick and easy through Bitcoin if u deposit through bitcoin.i did that won 600 it's been a month now and still haven't received nothing. Been back and forth with customer service all they say is we go send it to the loan department.
Well the first time I won $25 it got paid the same day. So I kept playing winning $100, $100, and $50 all in a row within 2 days. Since then I haven't gotten a dime of that it's been over a week and said it is being re-reviewed? Oh and they have stopped responding to me now completely. I'm so disappointed as I was counting on that money.
The games and graphics are great. However, don't think they will pay out any money. I've been jumping through hoops and red tape trying desperately to get my $250 withdrawal. Don't change your address and expect to get paid. Your proof of address like DL has to match the address you signed up in the casino with. And if you don't have utility bills in your name, you better have a rental agreement. Even if you go into chat and the person helping you tells you that you can use an alternative method of address don't listen because that's a lie. Because when you go back into check on the status of the update they will tell you that the finance company will only allow a utility bill or rental agreement strictly. So yeah they give you the runaround red tape and lie to you to keep your money. Don't play in this casino.
I've played this site for fun for a couple of years, and had some nice wins for $1000-$1500, and played through the winnings. But hit a Major Jackpot for $18,000 and ran it up to $20,000 Aug 18th 2024. After all of the documents and providing ALL the required information. Still no pay out. My account has 6 pending withdrawals @ $2500 and 2 approved, and waiting to be wire transferred to my bank since Sep 18 and Oct 4th 2024. Still no payments.Next step will be to dispute the issue, and tomorrow will be 56 days since required withdrawal, and per T&C's a max of 60 days to file. I'll update as time advances.
