When I first started playing, I was receiving my redemptions within 12hours the further along. I got the slower the redemptions came. I recently quit playing because my last 13. Redemptions are still waiting to be reviewed totaling $550. No one will answer messages or emails Or anything and now I can't even find the platform to download because I had to change phones. I am still till this day waiting

after checking on a withdrawal for about a month the chat agent informed me it would be denied because I used cashback in between the two free chips?!?!?!? even though the free chips stated they could have a cash back amount given. i still have not been officially notified and this reasoning seems to just be another excuse not to payout the $500 won. They first said they couldn’t give through a check and asked for my BTC wallet info, only to be told about being denied weeks later with no further explanation. save your money and dont use this site!!!!!!

Promotions are a waste of time

They give you 50 free spends and let you win a ton of money.But only let you withdraw a 100 after jumping through a million hoops.And spending ten dollars. A real casino on line or live would not limit the amount you could win on a promotion. I feel like I wasted hours of my time for nothing.

I must say it took a month but you have to be patient. I got my winnings in my bank account on Monday. It took a month but they do send it. They do not scam. Nobody they don't take your winnings. They do pay out. It just takes a little time and patience so please people give them a chance. They really are honest
