Review Time
I’ve been waiting on my redemption for 2 months. It says it is still under review. Customer service responded a couple of times at first stating it was being reviewed and all redemptions are reviewed personally so it would take some time. They have stopped responding to my inquiries all together now.
They steal your money in hopes you dont notice. I have noticed when playing that my balance seems to dramatically drop when im only betting small amounts. Well i finaly got it in recording how with one bet your total amount of funds you have drops by half and the reels just start moving. This one i got on film clearly shows how i had 1.23 make a .10 bet but yet my total drops to .65. Then when i try and contact customer support they send me a link that says to send screen shots to and it is a link to the tv app peacock. Like what the heck if you play here id screen record your play and ill bet you’ll randomly just lose half your holding
It took a while ngl but they came through on a free bet didnt make a big deal bout how many freebees I a row they gamme, yet another gem found that actually paid out $100 with no deposit. this one did take quite a while I was uncertain for a bout a month but they came through just hit my account today.
I submitted a request in May for 100.00 that I won. They would not answer my emails. I found a site called casino guru where you can search for lucky legends and file A complaint. I got 11.00 today in Paypal, not the 100.00 I won. They suck!
I deposited $30 off my debit card. I only played one game but i enjoyed the 3 hours i played on the sight i was winning alot. had it up to 500 and played it down to 200 and cashed out . I still needed to send in my id and verify my documents the lighting was bad in my house so i decided to wait to morning to retake photo. left my computer open and in the morning there was no sign that i ever even played. money gone.. i spoke with some one in the live chat they couldnt explain what happened. so in the end i was very unhappy with the outcome.
Biggest scam ever gave me free spins and I won like 20 bucks I turned that 20 into 800 but they have a play thru requirement which is fine but all of a sudden my 800 turned into 80 out of nowhere literally in the middle of me playing I go into the chat and they hit me with some of the biggest okie doke stuff I heard in my life they say o well since you still had playthru requirements we just used your winnings to pay it , I can’t make this up so what that dosent mean I would lose all of it to fulfill my play thru requirements I am literally dumb founded don’t waste your time
I have been playing and depositing real money for over a month and have not had any issues. It takes time to get a withdrawal we all know this. I just put in for my first withdrawal so we shall see but I have every faith they will make good on it fast. I enjoy there games and as long as they pay out I will continue to play win or lose. I downloaded the game because they said "No ads,no deposit" when I was playing I won but when I entered my account info, they withdrew money instead of depositing money. I have contacted them repeatedly and have yet to receive a response. I would avoid them. I have not opened the game since and will not until this is settled and most likely will not then. BEWARE!!
