I literally emailed Paradise Awards with an old email a coworker of mine had used for a previous years trophy. They took it from there and sent a rework of the changes I wanted to make. I paid for the trophy that day and it was sent out a few days later. They made it so very easy not having to start the entire process again and communicated any needs from me in a timely manner. We will definitely continue to order our yearly trophy from them.
