Review Time
Avoid this company, I bought a simple household item, they delivered something smaller and useless. I contacted them assuming a mistake, their first response was friendly and sounded helpful, asking for some clarification, since then no responses, I have contacted them a handful of times with no response. Now trying to get a refund through PayPal.
Long waiting time for delivery when it did arrive the fitting was not compatible. Hopeless communication, only by email. Partial refund given, could have posted return but postal cost prohibitive, company not willing to cover cost of return. Will never deal with them again and would advise anyone else not to either.
The item i received was nothing like the pictures on their website. What i got was a horrible, cheap, unfinished version of the thing I'd hoped to get. This company states that you can have a return without question, but you have to pay for the item to be sent back to their warehouse in China!! Of course, that is usually more them the amount you've paid in the first place! Totally rubbish. Waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Nothing has gone wrong products not arrived but i thought i was buying from a lovely shop in London as all adverts lead you to believe .. beautiful marketing .. im very sure product when or it it arrives will be cheap and nasty .. bought for a new born baby .. what a scam !! DO NO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE !!!
Paid £24.95 for the buy 1 and get 1 free offer of the Luxelift eye lash curlers, with free delivery. The order arrived with 1 in and an empty box. I contacted customer services immediately and they confirmed 1 had been removed at the checkout and they’d send me the missing one after if paid for delivery. When I pointed out it was their error they kept saying they would send it if I paid the delivery. It’s a shame as the Luxelift was really good but the customer services is terrible and their fault. What a disappointment
Do not buy from this company, it is a Chinese company claiming it is British and American. The web address is an alias. The thirty day money back guarantee is not a valid claim in their advert. The goods I paid for are not fit for purpose. When dealing with this company remember. Let the buyer beware
