I ordered the Under Eye Brightener which is fantastic!
I was unsure of what color to order and was assisted during my order process and she suggested my perfect shade based on a brief conversation.
I find the Luminance Milano under eye brightened to be effecting in make under eye shadows disappear. I also like that it doesn’t settle into wrinkles around my eyes, but minimizes those as well.
I had a fantastic experience with the eye brightening treatment. The procedure was carried out in a professional, gentle, and relaxing manner, with results visible almost immediately. My eye area appears brighter, fresher, and more revitalized. I felt well cared for throughout the entire process and would certainly recommend this treatment to anyone wanting to rejuvenate their eye area.
I ordered 2 items with a buy one get one offer. It took a long time to receive them, and they ended up sending me 4 of the same item. I reached out to the support team and provided photos of the mistake. After speaking with three representatives in customer service, I was informed that I would need to return the items at my own cost. This is clearly poor customer service. I do not recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again.
