I absolutely love the products I purchased from LUMINANCE! The poor minimizer, hydrate and glow primer is perfect to wear under makeup; it goes on smoothly and the finish is beautiful. I also purchased the highlighter for under eyes along with a beautiful soft setting powder.
The first time I tried the pink cream for under eye, it went in every crease and made look older. I used sponges multiple times, to smooth it out, but it returned to the creases. Actually, I would like a refund. I haven’t used it, again. It makes me look worse.
Ordered this as saw all the ads on social media and thought I'd give it a go. I received the product within 3 weeks and was hopeful. When I applied it, as shown on all the videos, it didn't really do anything. It was nice and smooth but did nothing for my under eyes except accumulate in my wrinkles throughout the day which looked embarrassing (I'm only 35 and hardly have wrinkles or dark under eyes at the moment). I tried to build it up as suggested but that was worse. I then got in contact after a couple of weeks for the money back guarantee and the customer service was responsive but in order to get a refund, you have to send it back to China! Not the USA which is stated on the bottom of their website and not Italy which their name may suggest. For me in the UK, there seems to be no point in returning it as I will get back £5 after postage and packaging. So all in all, not impressed and after reading some people's 4 star reviews that also say they don't get the coverage, I'm wondering why people aren't rating lower as that is the whole purpose of the product, right?
The concealer I ordered I just recently used. It didn’t blend into my skin but rather seemed to be stuck in my wrinkles which are very shallow. I attempted to apply it on another day and just did a light pat under my eyes. It seemed to work a little better. I wish that some basic instructions would have been enclosed with my order. I also used the pink setting powder but once again I wasn’t sure how much to use and if I was supposed to shake it into my hand or the lid. I believe I used too much as my face looked very red when I was done. I didn’t think I used very much powder but I only have personal experience with another brand that had no color. I will try again to use the products and hope for a better outcome.
It took a minute to get here and I wasn't sure when I put it on the first time. The next morning I put it on my clean face and wow! I use my ring finger to tap it under my eye. And I put it on as a base with mascara and my red lip. It really does brighten everything without being cakey.
I enjoy the brightening but is still creases. They Say no creasing. Puffiness still an issue.
Took a while to get to me. Was a bit concerned at the beginning but customer service assured me on its way
I purchased this to help brighten and cover the dark circles under my eyes. It does just that brightens those areas up and covers the darkness. I also ended up using it on other areas of my face to cover redness. So it evened out my skin tone. The only down side is that it takes along time to set, as it's a creamy texture. Great product just wish it would set faster.
The experience was great. Had to wait a long time, but it was worth the way. I absolutely absolutely love the under eye, pink cream and the finishing pink cream. It is amazing and it truly works.
Ordered online, Delivery about 2weeks - this product is very oily consistency, tried with the brush that came with it and even tried several layers/ applications not suitable for 55 year old coverage ( dark under eyes ) still visible - my complexion is blonde/ blue eyes / pale skin tone. Tried pink-peach & nude.
I ordered 2 products from this company in January for a total of over $50. To date, I have not received them. I thought I was safe ordering online from a company that I thought was based in Florida, USA. But when I called, I found out that it is being shipped from China, not from Milan, Italy. The delivery of many products being shipped from overseas are being held up in immigration because of the new tariffs. So, before you order any products online, try to find out where it’s being made. They told me that they have a disclaimer on their website, but what does that mean? You may not get your product!
