I strongly recommend against buying from this seller. I spent 100 euros on a LED Sand Art lamp that looked amazing on the website, but what I received was worthless junk, not even worth 10 euros, and definitely not a lamp. This was meant as a Christmas gift, making it all the more disappointing. The site really should be shut down.

Completely unacceptable!!! Avoid this site! This is a fake storefront; they don’t have stock and rely on drop shipping from abroad. This means that when you order, the supplier sends the goods directly to you, and they don’t actually have a warehouse locally. They sell products at inflated prices, shipping takes forever since it comes from abroad, and returning items is impossible. They claim you can return within 30 days without a reason… good luck with that! I’ve been trying to return an item for a week, and they keep sending me emails asking for pictures and offering exchanges instead, hoping I’ll give up. The customer service is incredibly hard to reach, only available via email. Don’t purchase from them!!! It’s not worth it!
Caution!!! The reviews on their site are FAKE! I ordered two table lamps for around €200, and after waiting a month, they informed me the items were out of stock. They offered a 10% refund as compensation, which I accepted. After another month, I finally received the lamps, but neither had light bulbs, and one was crooked and damaged. I decided to let it go because I didn’t want to wait another half year for replacements. However, the 10% refund was never processed, despite asking about it multiple times. Very disappointing experience with poor communication, low quality, and unfulfilled promises.
I bought a robot vacuum that worked well for about four months before it started losing charge quickly. I contacted the support team seven months after purchase, and they completely ignored my messages. I’d rather donate my money than ever buy from this company again.
