I order curtains On the 15th of November 2024 and nothing come of this order and the tracking number does not work . I am really not happy with this company and want my money back . Absolutely not the best company and when you try to call them the mail box is full

Chinese products for which you have to pay shipping costs to China if you want to return an item

The products are shipped from China, and as such, are too expensive for the quality. I wanted to return a lamp, and had to pay the shipping costs to China to do so. Be warned.

Scam

So sad that I read the reviews only after ordering. The horrible lamps have arrived, they seem nothing like the pictures. I was asked to pay for the shipping costs to China (around 30-40eur) if I want to return them but I am still in contact with Luminoir about it. Fake advertisement is one thing but it seems to be true that they are only here to scam people.

High price for such poor quality. Had to ship the lamps back to China at my expense and wait for the goods to be cleared. In short - never again.

Don't be fooled just like myself

Don't be fooled just like myself. This is NOT a local Dutch shop. The items are being shipped from China and if you want to return you need to pay all the extra costs. And they will keep pushing you to accept 30% money back and keep the item. Why would I keep the items that you wrongly advertised on your webpage...

1. They display fake Trustpilot rating and review on their site.2. Resell low-quality stuff from Chine at double/tripple prices.3. Retuns are nearly impossible b/c shipping costs are 40+ euro.

Scam site!!

I placed an order on August 1st but have not received any updates since. The courier site only indicates that my order is processing. According to the FAQ, this means the order hasn't been received yet. I am very concerned and suspect this might be a fraudulent site because the provided phone number is disconnected, and the company hasn't responded to any of my inquiries.This appears to be a scam, so please do not place an order with this company. I am considering tracing them and likely filing a complaint with the Dutch Police.

Chinese junk for very high prices . It’s not a Dutch shop

It’s a scam . I ordered an article on the first of August of 2024 , which was delivered a month after ordering . Very poor quality . I did sent it back to China on my own expense . The robot ChatGPT girls Noor and Sofie gave me an adress to sent it back to .I am now waiting for my money back , for already three months . They do not answer my mails anymore . Please do not order here .!
