I ordered four beautiful items and needed to return one, and the refund process was smooth and quick. I’m really pleased with the texture and design of the items I kept. The customer service was polite and helpful with my inquiries. The quality meets the expectations set by the photos on the site. I’ll definitely shop here again.
Misleading delivery dates; it took weeks, if not months, to receive anything. The company isn’t local; everything shipped from Asia. The packaging was cheap. The quality is okay but nothing special. The lamps work and look fine, but there were no clear instructions on how to assemble them. It was acceptable this time, but I’m hesitant to order again.
Ordered a lamp, found out later that Luminoir is a drop shipper. Lamp arrived from China, very bad quality. Asked for a refund form, but up to now did not receive it. I am in contact with nietbezorgd.nl. Hope this will solve the problem. Never buy anything with Luminoir, they are scammers.
Most stupid thing you can do is order something at luminoir.nl: 1) delivery takes much longer than promised, 2) product is different from what is ordered, 3) dropshipping from China, 4) no return of money for at least 3 months, if ever, 5) continuous delaying tactics by email, 6) unanswered phone service, 7) fake Amsterdam address. One big mistake to order at this webshop!!!
This company has to be shut down because it‘s unserious and they are thieves!!!They sell products from Temu more expensive and the products never arrive!! When I contact them, they just tell me to wait but nothing happens. This is a disgusting company without any ethical values. NEVER BUY HERE!!!!
I have to give a star, but I would love to give none!This company is a fraud - DON‘T buy anything here. They tell you per Mail, that the product is on it‘s way, the link looks the same for over 3 weeks and when you contact them they answer with „the product is not available anymore, choose another product and you get 20%“ even if you tell them that you don‘t want to and you want the refund, they just text tje same. This is awful!!!
