My husband had some problems with the head shaver. I contacted customer service by email and they responded the next day offering a 50% refund for the product so I accepted. Authur of Lumivyx did refund my husband and we are happy with Lumivyx customer service.
I bought two razors, which were immediately billed to my credit card. I did not receive any confirmation information. They have not arrived as they were supposed to. And I’m finding it almost impossible to contact anybody about it because I don’t have the confirmation number which was never sent. I was very little I could do because I have no information other than the payment on my credit card.
I purchased a laser hair removing kit in January and was I formed I would receive it in December 25, unbelievable! I've asked 3 times for a refund but to no avail. I think they are a scam. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.
Reading some of the negative reviews worries me before submitting my refund request. To my surprise, I received a replied from John shortly after, and he offered return option same as the other agents offer to others. But after our communication, he understood the issue on the UVac Pro vacuum and approved my request without hassle. Excellent !!
I ordered this. With my schedule, I used it sparingly. But I followed all instructions for care and use. One day, it randomly stopped working. I reached out to the company. Of course, I was barely over the 30 day money back guarantee. They gave me no options for a replacement just 30% refund. Do Not Buy this product. It doesn’t work, doesn’t last and the company doesn’t care.
