Review Time
I reviewed this company a day or so ago and thought I was only getting a 50% refund. After sending a very disappointed and upsetting review, the company gave me a full refund, which I am grateful for. Apparently, I misunderstood their return policy. In my opinion, it should have been very clear & I should have gotten a full refund immediately with no questions asked. It was very early in the 30 day “money back guarantee.”
I ordered absorbent underwear for my special needs daughter. Even after requesting tracking info 2 weeks after order, I never received any #. Now 3+ weeks later, the order arrived...pathetic excuse for "absorbent underwear". These are CHEAP, thin, panties. $50 and I could have bought something equivalent at Walmart for $20 or less! Seems returns are worthless - have to pay shipping and question if I'd ever receive a refund. Not a trustworthy merchant at all.
I placed my order. Received an email saying I will get a tracking number as soon as it ships. I received an email 2 days later saying the "Your order has shipped, but there seems the tracking number has been lost" and "this happens from time to time". Then I received an email saying my order was delivered, I go to check and NOTHING was there. I attempted their pointless customer support and days later I am yet to hear back from them.
I purchased LumiSylk Pro - Facial Epilator. It didn't work at all. Requested a video or advice, thinking maybe I was missing something. Only response I got was an offer of a 50% refund. So I'm out a lot of money & I just have to send it to a landfill. Reading other reviews now I feel like a fool for spending $85 when a friend's epilator cost $30 and works beautifully.
Bought the lumivyx IPL and used it regularly for maybe a month before it stopped working. I contacted the company and received a replacement which I didn't try out for a while. When I finally started using it, after 2-3 uses the new one stopped working too. As I waited about 2 months before trying the replacement, the warranty is up and the company can't/won't help. Seems to be a repeating problem with the IPL as both had the exact same issue, suggesting this may be a defunct product.
