Bought from this company on the advertisement it was Irish based, it arrived by royal mail, An post is there postal stamp in the south of Ireland and i received a tracked 48hr royal mail uk delivery, on the parcel that arrived there returns address is 153 blakeney way, cannock, ws11 8ld, so i looked rhis up, no word of this company called Lumorae, no paper work inside parcel with details of order, on the back of the box of eye patches says made in China, stay clear
I have ordered eye patches believing it is an Irish company . Not yet received patches for eyes. Got e.mail mail addresing me as love. I immediatly knew something wrong . No professional company uses love. Looked up trustpilot and read all the bad comments. Will be afraid to use on my face with all the negitive comments.

I'm quite disappointed that the product I thought I was buying was from an Irish based company, small business etc etc. When product arrived it's packaged differently with Abib collagen patches not Lumorae as advertised. Also no instructions for use in English on the packaging. Not an expensive product but feel duped that it was an Irish brand when clearly not!
This appaers to be a scam, order number does not exist, emails bounced back as email addresses not found when contacting the company. Edit- I have receiced my order approximately 20 days from ordering. Collagen night mask is Hoygi, eye patches lumorae.
