Lunaheater is just a regular 600W heater...nothing special about it. My advice to this company is, "just tell people the simple honest truth in your YouTube advert", and stop tricking people into buying what can hardly heat up anywhere for such an exorbitant price. I bought one piece for £39.99. When it finally arrived, I found it couldn't heat up the smallest of spaces. Tried to return it, but no return/refund information...once you've paid, no more communication from the sellers. The tracking info given did not work. It was only until EVRi (the delivery company) contacted me that I knew what was going on. The last straw was finding out that the very same product (Lunar heater) could be purchased on Ebay for just £15.79.
A great shopping experience overall - the product works very well & heats my whole flat within about 30 minutes so no complaints there lol. Very quick delivery to say it came from mainland China!! Great service & seller all round & checkout was a breeze with PayPal so top job!! Thanks again for a belting purchase!! Jason 👍🏻
As long as the heaters do what they say they’re supposed to do I think I’ll be very pleased but at the moment I haven’t put it all together to find out. I just wish it was a bit clearer how you opened the remote control to put the battery in because I haven’t been able to do it for a couple of days until today.
bought it - 1 the buying mechanism kept failing so i ended up buying 3 - the thing looksvery good but to say it heats up a room - it at best takes the cold edge off - but not nice and warm - it doesnt heat as it claims to - the mkting is very persausive but it's pretty poor as a heater - would not recommend
