I ordered two pairs of socks well ahead of the holiday season in 2025, but they were never delivered. After Christmas passed, I requested a refund due to their continuous assurances of prompt delivery, yet my emails went unanswered. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend making a purchase.
The socks are of excellent quality! Although the delivery took longer than expected and we encountered a minor issue with the print (partly our responsibility too), the matter was addressed swiftly. The support team is efficient and replies to questions quickly. :) I would certainly recommend them, just with a suggestion to order at least two weeks ahead.
The socks are exactly as shown in the preview on the website. The images are clearly visible, the quality is high, and delivery was quick. For a custom-made product, production and shipping were surprisingly fast. At €40 for a pair of socks, the price is high, but considering the emotional value of the image used, the price is definitely justified. Especially since the price drops to €20 per pair when a discount code is used.We are satisfied and are considering immortalizing our third pet in sock form soon.Also makes a great gift for pet parents or your own partner.
customizing on their site was super quick and so many colors to choose from, so I was able to decide which one fit my pets' coat colors better. love that i can really customize the images because i had to put my two cats so i dont feel bad about it lol. love the socks! They would be great gifts to pet owners ❤️
