I’ve been shopping on Kilimall since 2023, and they have not disappointed. My orders are usually delivered on time, and the products match what is advertised on the app.
Kilimal refused to refund me for a kettle that exploded in my kitchen less than 3 months after I bought it. The customer care rep was very rude and told me I have an electrical issue when I've used the same outlet for other things. The brand EM on their app is pure trash and so are most electronics they sell

AT THE PICK UP STATION EVERYTHING IS SMOOTH AND ALSO TEST THE GOOD THERE BEFORE THE CUSTOMERS TAKE THEIR GOODS HOME TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE WORKING PERFECTLY AND ARE IN GOOD CONDITION
