I’ve had a really positive experience with Testermarket Analytics so far. The platform is easy to use, and I like how straightforward the process is from start to finish. Rebates were never paid, and customer service is completely unresponsive. I've sent numerous messages through the website, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, but none received a reply. If this was ever a legitimate rebate site, it certainly isn’t anymore.
This is not my first time doing rebate sites, I tried this one out and bought a t shirt. Two weeks later it said my balance was paid out, even though i never requested it or anything. Well anyways, i went to my email, all over the website, looking for information on where this payout was sent?? How to redeem it? ANYWAY to get my rebate.. NOTHING. I have been contacting customer service since JULY and no response. SCAM beware!!! Now the amazon return is past due and i have a shirt that i wouldnt have bought if not on rebate, which is annoying.
