They deducted my money without proper explanation I was only told about R35 I paid it after some minutes R195 and R240.00 was gone , when I complained they said I must write a review rating them good in order for them to give me my money back. I did that but they never sent my money... Scam
The escalation team has helped me very much and I love their customer service .The money they deducted from my account has still not been paid and I keep texting but no replies .I did tell them it was a wrong transaction but still they have not refunded the money
I noticed a charge on my account that wasn't what I thought I was "purchasing". I reached out to the company to explain and request to have the "subscription" cancelled as I didn't know the company/subscription etc. Though not understanding how I got to them on their secure account, they immediately cancelled subscription and refunded me. Raj was awesome and understanding and I really appreciated that they didn't hassle me at all about this.
