Followed the suggestions to get our very nervous dog to settle in the car using the Dog Pod by leaving it in the house for a while. Dog much better but we still regard it as early days yet. Appears well made and ideal security using isofix fixings.
Great quality and fashionable. The elastic leg straps at the back of the coat are a welcome addition, as they do help to keep the coat in place during frequent windy weather conditions, and the chest lining helps to keep him warm while lying on a cold ground. I’ve ordered XL for my 22kg pooch, which is a bit too loose at the front but, as he is pretty energetic and ventures out for long walks, it gives him a non-restrictive fit. It is probably the best coat his had so far.
We purchased a car seat for our dog after a lot of shopping around. This was more expensive but we thought it would be better quality. How wrong were we…It arrived the fabric was damaged and there was a visable mark in a noticeable location under the logo.I contact them explaining what the problem was along with photographs. I was given two options:1) I could get 10% the item, which cost £1902) Return it for a replacement at our own expensive for postage.I thought this was really poor. At the time I didn’t realise that we shouldn’t have to pay to return faulty goods.I responded to a message asking for feedback on their service. I then received a call from the owner Anton who wanted to put it right. I was given some options and agreed to let them know. This was promising. I responded and have heard nothing since. I wouldn’t recommend especially with the customer service. Since friends have got similar items from different companies at a fraction of the cost and the quality appears much better. I won’t buy from them again.
A good website, easy to navigate. The bed came in good time., instructions clear and helpful. Our spaniel is as yet rather wary of travelling in it, she is a rehomed dog and we are unaware of how she previously travelled in a car. Time will tell!
Delivered quickly and it is a lovely quality bed.Our Cavapoo puppy, Teddy, is still getting used to travelling in cars and we were recommended to try the Luther Bennett beds.He does seem calmer and hopefully with more trips will start to enjoy them.
