Just no way to cancel - I've emailed several times contact@luvost - yet they keep shipping the product - the product is terrible and I gave them this feedback after the first trial arrived... You need to ship the trial back within 14 days to the USA !! If you want to not be billed £60+ - they've billed me £60+ twice after several emails to cancel before the end of the trial and after the first payment of £60+ there is no way to login to account on website and emails of the orders are completely blank ie nothing written in them - just an order number - so this place looks dodgey all round.
Absolute trash , I ordered the trial and said that I did not want any subscription and that I would contact the bank and PayPal about being charged again and they charged me $40.97 usd . The trial bottle had no mfg date or exp and was super watery and no real taste . Absolute trash then I get charged and sent another bottle and it is different label with mfg date and expiry , taste nothing alike and completely different consistency and colour . So was pretty much sent a garbage product and then charged for more which I specifically said I would not pay for and did want . Absolute trash . I will be contacting PayPal as I cannot get a response from the seller been a month of emailing and nothing and will contact my bank and file a false charge . This is a pain in the ass since now I have to change my bank card and info . Complete crap do not deal with .
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding Luvost, a company that has been repeatedly charging my account despite my numerous requests to cancel my subscription.Initially, Luvost offered what appeared to be a low-cost trial or subscription. However, after this initial charge, they have continued to withdraw £63 repeatedly from my account without authorization or consent. I have sent multiple emails to their support team, begging them to stop these payments and to cancel any active subscriptions, yet the charges have continued.At this point, I consider Luvost actions to be fraudulent and unethical. I am taking legal action against them and will be pursuing this matter further through the appropriate authorities.I strongly urge others not to sign up or provide payment information on Luvost website. Based on my experience, this company engages in misleading practices and will continue charging you until you change your card. If you have signed up to the trial offer. Stop the trial and report your card. In the off chance Luvost see this.
I found this site last year after my grandson passed away and made it for his family. They love it. I later had one made one for all of my children. This company has never disappointed me in providing exactly what you order. It’s not polished and painted just a simple wood cut out but leaves a lasting impression.
