I would have marked as a 5 had the delivery been updated with me. I ordered the ornament, I selected regular delivery for 9.99 my order was confirmed instantly. Then radio silence, no communication, 3 weeks later I tried to track my order with the order number given , it kept coming back so such order. A scam, I thought I emailed the company they found my order, said they would contact shipping and get back to me. They never did, but I am happy to say my ornament arrived in good shape, I am thrilled with it. I can not wait to give it to my granddaughter it will be a keepsake for her for many years to come.
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding Luvost, a company that has been repeatedly charging my account despite my numerous requests to cancel my subscription. I had to close this acctInitially, Luvost offered what appeared to be a low-cost trial or subscription. However, after this initial charge, they have continued to try to withdraw 89.00 and 129.00 repeatedly from my account without authorization or consent. I have sent multiple emails to their support team, begging them to stop these payments and to cancel any active subscriptions, yet the charges have continued. I had to close that cardAt this point, I consider Luvost actions to be fraudulent and unethical. I am taking legal action against them and will be pursuing this matter further through the appropriate authorities.I strongly urge others not to sign up or provide payment information on Luvost website. Based on my experience, this company engages in misleading practices and will continue charging you until you change your card. If you have signed up to the trial offer. Stop the trial and report your card. THEY HAVE ATTEMP TO CHARGE MY CARD OVER 30 TIMES STAY AWAY FROM THEM
Can I give them zero please?!!!Ordered a one-off product which they then of course repeatedly reordered and took money from my account. They currently owe my £180 despite me repeatedly writing to them and them assuring me my order had been cancelled. I’ve asked repeatedly for the return and refund policy and to actually speak to a manager who speaks English but just get these banal, badly-worded replies telling me to cancel with my bank, which I have done, and asking me to send photos of their products that I have that are still in the box! The email is some random address through a VPN and is not answered by anyone who understands English. I have warned them repeatedly so here I am. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!!
