I bought a sweatshirt for Christmas for my daughter. It came and was to small. I contacted customer service and was told I could keep the first sweatshirt and they would send me another in a bigger size free of charge. All I had to do was write a 5 star review. Well let me tell you that was a HUGE mistake ony part. 1 month later and still no sweatshirt. Don't fall for the same BS I did!!! This company sells the same cheap stuff like Shein and Temu at higher prices. Then they make up lies to make themselves look good and give you a false sense of hope. You got me once but you definitely won't get me again!!!

The product was lovely, but it was unfortunately a size too small. When I reached out to the support team for a return or exchange, they offered to send me an additional product for free if I left a five-star review first. I found this approach uncomfortable and declined their offer, leaving me to deal with the situation alone. Ultimately, I chose to cut my losses. Their practices are questionable, and I wouldn't trust their five-star reviews. P.S. I noticed a prompt while writing this that discourages incentivized reviews, which I find quite ironic.

Unethical Practices

Daughter's Gift Exchange

I ordered a shirt my daughter selected for a Christmas gift. The shirt was nice, but the sleeves were a bit tight. I contacted customer service for an exchange, and they responded quickly to send the correct size. So far, I am very impressed with their responsiveness.
