Avoid This Purchase

AVOID THIS PURCHASE! I bought a sweatshirt advertised as embroidered, but it turned out to be a cheap screen print. They claim to offer refunds, but returning it to France would cost more than the refund.

True Customer Service.

When I was ordering my phone must have glitched. I need the same shirt in two different colors. I emailed customer service asking to exchange the extra pink shirt for the black I needed. They were so kind and helpful and sent me the black shirt with no extra charge to me. True customer service.

Great Customer Service

Customer service was fantastic. I ordered a sweatshirt for my granddaughter for Christmas. She lives far away, so I couldn't give it to her within 14 days. When I finally did, it wasn't what she expected, and I needed to return it. The customer service team assisted me in facilitating the return since it was a Christmas gift.

This company took my money

This company took my money, marked the order as shipped, and never delivered anything. The tracking number never updated and showed no proof the package was handed to a carrier.Their stated delivery window is 6–10 business days. Over a month passed with nothing. Customer support sent one generic excuse claiming an “unexpected issue that temporarily affected processing,” then went completely silent. No shipment proof. No updates. No resolution.This is not a delay — it’s non-delivery after payment. Avoid at all costs.
